Elizabeth Bourne, President
Ms. Bourne founded Know It All Background Research Services with two goals in mind: to help others find the truth and to provide outstanding client service. She has assisted with numerous high-level investigations including a bribery and forgery investigation that resulted in a grand jury indictment and conviction of a municipal school district employee. Ms. Bourne has garnered many accolades for her charitable work across the United States. Shortly after September 11, 2001, while battling cancer, Ms. Bourne traveled to Ground Zero in New York to assist with serving meals to the Emergency Workers.
Marc Bourne, Vice President
An expert in safe hiring practices, Marc Bourne has over a decade of experience in security, investigation, and public records research. He has received numerous commendations and awards including the Outstanding Performance Award by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ASIS International, a professional international security organization with over 33,000 members nationwide. Active in communal and charitable affairs in his hometown of Bensalem, PA, Mr. Bourne was recently appointed to the Bensalem Planning Commission. He has previously served as Chairman of the Bensalem Drug and Alcohol Advisory Council and has also served on the Bensalem Emergency Services Advisory Board. He is also a board member on the Bucks County Housing Finance Board. He is politically active on the local, state, and national level.
