The new client user agreement only needs to be completed once when you first decide to
use our services. Please feel free to download the request, authorization/release forms
and the summary of rights for your continual use when interviewing your applicants.

This is a notice for employers to read as required by the FCRA.
ALL APPLICANTS: Please print out and read the Summary of Your Rights (22K PDF) as dictated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This document details your rights during the information-gathering process. Employers must provide a copy of this document to all applicants who will be screened. Note: This is an updated version as required by the new FACT Act.
FACT ACT Information
Under the new FACT Act, consumers have a right to know what is in their file and are entitled to obtain one (1) free copy per year from consumer reporting agencies, such as Know It All Background Research Services. However, if a consumer has not applied for a position with one of our clients, the consumer's file will not exist with our firm and will not be available. For more information or to request a copy of your report, please contact us at (888) 281-9535.
For Non-Corporate Users
We seek to help all of those who are in need of help with background information. If, after reviewing
our services, you know which type of background check you would like to have run, please FAX us your completed
Background Investigation Request Form and we will contact you back.
